I design for Europe from the first mockup: GDPR by design (explicit consent, right to erasure, data hosted in Europe), multilingual interface (French, English, German at minimum), local payments (Stripe France, SEPA, Apple Pay, Google Pay), and cross-border tax compliance if your customers go beyond France.

React Native is the standard for cross-platform apps in Europe. Native performance, mature ecosystem, and the same frontend developers as for the web. Unpost, for example, handles 5 API integrations (Discord, Slack, Twitter, Reddit, Instagram) from one React Native codebase, on iOS and Android. Flutter is solid but has a smaller community and a less mature library ecosystem for European integrations. Native (separate Swift and Kotlin) doubles the cost and timeline. No. A single React Native codebase generates two native apps, one for iOS and one for Android. Users see no difference from a pure native app: same fluidity, same features (camera, GPS, push notifications, payments). The difference is in your budget and timeline, not in the user experience.
I do. Full submission to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store is included in every tier. Developer account creation if needed, listing configuration, screenshots, descriptions, and Apple and Google review handling.
Apple developer account: USD 99/year. Google developer account: USD 25 lifetime. These fees are paid directly by you to Apple and Google, not through me. For in-app payments: 30% the first year, then 15% after (App Store and Play Store apply the same commissions). For external payments (Stripe, SEPA transfers), zero store commission.
30-day warranty after launch: I fix what needs fixing. After that, monthly maintenance starting at €150/month for ongoing support. If you prefer to handle it yourself, the code is on your Git repository and you can hire another developer.
